Abstract: In this talk, we focus on the optimal designs for two-parameter log logistic (LL2) relative potency model with normal and binomial distributions. The D-optimal design criterion is used to obtain optimal designs for theses models. Moreover, the general equivalence theorem is applied to comfirm that these models are the D-optimal design.
