The Department of Biochemistry offers international graduate programs at the Master and Ph.D. levels. Founded more than 40 years ago, the department has played a prominent role in the development of biochemical research and academic activities in Thailand.
There are currently 21 faculty members, many of whom have been recognized with international, national, and university awards. Research activities are always vigorously undertaken in our department and result in numerous publications in international journals every year. A large number of our student alumni have achieved their careers in the governmental sector as lecturers in universities or researchers in research institutes while others have chosen their careers in food, pharmarceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries.
